Notice of Penalty for Early Withdrawal.
Except as mentioned below, you cannot withdraw any principal from this account before a maturity date without our consent and we will charge you a penalty.

For an account of 31 days or less, the early withdrawal penalty shall be all of the interest.
For an account of 31 days or more, the early withdrawal penalty shall be interest for one-half of the original term and shall not exceed six (6) months at the rate defined below.

We will use the greater of the nominal rate on the certificate of deposit or the nominal rate being offered for a certificate of deposit of a like term and amount. The early withdrawal penalty will be calculated on the amount withdrawal. We will charge the penalty first against any interest then in the account, and any excess shall be deducted from the amount you withdraw.

Exceptions:

We are permitted to allow an early withdrawal and waive the penalty if:

(E) Any account owner dies or is declared incompetent, or
(F) This is an IRA account and you are at least 59 1/2 years of age or disabled at the time of the withdrawal request.
